Meet Our Founder
Patrick served eight years as an officer in the Royal Marine Commandos, finishing his service on the Admiralty Interview Board, where he helped select and assess future leaders. Following his military career, he joined J.P. Morgan, where he led teams in global data analytics and worked closely with major renewable energy and commodities trading houses. He later founded Lodestone to bring this experience and leadership into recruitment, helping connect top talent with businesses shaping the future of energy and commodities.
