Meet Our Founder
Patrick began his career as an officer in the Royal Marines, serving for eight years and finishing on the Admiralty Interview Board, where he was responsible for assessing and selecting future leaders.
He then moved into financial services, joining J.P. Morgan and working across global data and analytics, with exposure to major commodity trading houses and energy businesses.
He founded Lodestone to combine this experience with a more focused, relationship-led approach to recruitment — helping clients build high-performing teams across energy trading, renewables and infrastructure.
